The Farmhouse Painting

A portrait found at the Il-lalath farmhouse depicts the Smiling Saint in flat, symbolic style similar to old religious paintings. The painting shows:

Main Image: A smiling polder playing a lute, with a distinctive broad smile.

Side Panels:

• Bottom Left: The saint disguised as an old lady, lecturing a rich nobleman with a bag of money held behind his bag. Contains three musical notes at the bottom which were notes of Pauper's Justice song
• Top Left: The saint playing a lute for Holkatya, depicted with dice symbolizing her as a goddess of luck. The halo around the Saint's head was scratched out
• Top Right: The saint descending into a great castle, holding chains.
• Bottom Right: The saint standing resolute before a burning Brode, bearing the "three tears of sacrifice" - suffering, guilt, and resolve.
